July in the mountains is amazing! Expect warm days with lots of sunshine (knock on wood) and cooler evenings, 50-60s. We recommend bringing light layers for the evening!

If you are staying at the hotel, you are already there! An easy 100 yard walk from the hotel patio to our ceremony site. If you are not staying at the hotel, transportation will not be provided. We recommend: - Driving and parking at the hotel. A $30 Valet fee will apply. - Uber / Lyft to the Hotel. Please account for extended wait time. - If you are staying within Beaver Creek, you may take advantage of the free shuttle service. Download the "Village Connect" app and you can request your ride from your address to the Hotel. Please be on the safe side and allow for about 30 minutes for pick up and drop off. - If you are staying in Avon, you can also request a pick up from the free shuttle at the "Beaver Creek Reception Center" stop to the hotel. Please allow for 45 minutes for pick up and drop off.
You may be and it can take a day or two to acclimate. We recommend you hydrate, hydrate, hydrate before and during your trip!
For Friday, attire is summer cocktail. Ladies think fun colors and florals. Men should wear khakis and a dress shirt and/or a blazer. For Saturday, attire is summer formal. Ladies think midi or maxi dresses in fun colors and florals. Saturday is going to be all on the lawn so please wear a block heel or flat sandal. Men should wear a suit and tie. Both events will be held outside so please bring a layer just in case!
