Please RSVP by February 1st, 2025.
Absolutely! We want all of our family and friends to be able to attend our celebration! Childcare will also be available in the bridal suite starting at 3:30pm and can be utilized as needed throughout the entirety of the ceremony and reception. Please message Kate or Chandler with any questions about this!
Please send Kate or Chandler a text, and they will get this fixed as soon as possible! They have double and triple checked the RSVP list, but could have made an error. Thank you for your patience!
We recommend cocktail attire as we will be having an outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour. Also, please dress in consideration of the petting zoo that will be available during the reception if you plan to participate in that activity :)
Below is Chandler and Kate’s planned schedule for the day. You are welcome to join for any events from 10:00am-5:30pm you would like! (Or you can hang with us all day!) We’d love to say hello to everyone, but wandering is encouraged, especially if you’re a first-timer :) 9:30/45am - Arrive at front gates for entrance at 10:00am 10:00-11:00am - Explore the shops in the front of the faire (We highly recommend the bakery if you go down the right path from the entrance. It is by the wishing well before the bridge) 11:00am - Birds of Prey show at the Falconry (This is an educational show including bird tricks and discussion of medieval hunting practices. Walk down the left path from the entrance. We plan to arrive for seats about 15 minutes prior) 11:30-12:30pm - Explore the shops between the Falconry and Crown Meadow Stage (The Crown Meadow Stage is directly back from the front entrance) (^Morning Schedule^)
12:30pm - The Kamikaze Fireflies show at the Crown Meadow Stage (This is a comedic acrobatics show. We plan to arrive for seats about 15 minutes prior) 1:00-1:30pm - Get food in the nearby area (We plan to keep our seats from the prior show and recommend leaving someone from your group to save seats if you choose to get food) 1:30pm - Cirque de Sewer at the Crown Meadow Stage (This is a long-time FAVORITE show of ours! It is a comedic acrobatic show combined with live animal performances by cats and rats. You will want to arrive at least 15-20 minutes early for good seats because of this show’s popularity) 2:00-4:00pm - Explore the shops in Pecan Grove and/or Holly Field (There are so many amazing and fun artisan shops throughout the faire! We especially love: Crysalis Hammocks, Glass Dragon, Jewelry Designs by E. Paule, King of the Crowns, Legacy Forge, Renaissance Leather, Royal Candle Maker, Son of Sandlar, Stonewick, and Worshipful Company of Wax Chandlers) 4:00pm - Adam Crack’s Fire Whip show at the Revelers stage in the center of Pecan Grove (This is a comedic whip and lasso trick show. We plan to arrive for seats about 15 minutes prior) 4:30-5:30pm - Explore the shops in Pecan Grove 5:30pm - Joust show in the Arena (This is the final joust of the day, so there is full armor and stage combat! This is another very popular show, so we recommend arriving about 20-30 minutes early) 6:00pm - Dinner with bridal party and close family (Details will be shared directly to these individuals) 7:00pm - Ren Faire closes (Thank you for coming!!) (^Afternoon Schedule^)
