When and where do I RSVP?

Our room block is at Bluebird Spa City Motor Lodge. You are also welcome to book accommodations through Airbnb or VRBO. Please visit the Travel section of our website for additional details.

Do I need a Car?

Answer

You do not need a car while in Saratoga Springs. The city is very walkable, and all wedding events will take place on or near Broadway, the main street downtown. If you prefer to bring or rent a car, you are welcome to do so. Also Uber & Lyft are available if needed.

Saratoga is beautiful in the fall! It will be in the mid 70s during the day and reach the low 50s at night.

If you have any questions prior to the wedding, please feel free to reach out to the Bride or Groom. During the wedding weekend, all questions should be directed to the Best Man, Jack Hurley; Maid of Honor, Maddie Mullen; Maid of Honor, Kaitlin Gaglio; or either of the mothers, Colleen Hurley or Michol Mullen

What should I wear for the Wedding?

Formal Attire: Men should wear suits and women should wear mid/floor length dresses

Can Dietary Restrictions be Accommodated?

Answer

Yes! When you RSVP please include any dietary restrictions you have. Allergies are taken incredibly seriously at the venue. Your food will be prepared separately and will be served first.

Is there parking at the Venue?

Yes there is street parking and a public parking garage the "Woodlawn Garage" behind the venue. First come first serve.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to ensure the ceremony begins on time. The Ceremony begins at 5pm on Saturday 9/19.

Should I eat before the Welcome Party?

Answer

Yes, you should eat before the welcome party. There will be appetizers to snack on at the welcome party, but not enough for a full meal.

How late do the bars stay open?

Answer

Bars will stay open till 2am. Go crazy!
