We are pleased to offer dinner to all guests who are joining us from out of town or staying in the Radnor hotel the previous evening. We will be sending invitations via email or snail mail; please let us know if you do not receive by October 1 and would like to join.

Butlered hors d'ouevres and cocktail hour will include: Dim sum station Fried Mac n' Cheese bites (for Noah) Miniature crab cake with Chesapeake Bay sauce on brioche toast (Kate's from Maryland!) Tomato soup shooter w/grilled cheese Miniature cheeseburger with caramelized onions and special sauce Maine lobster rolls on baby brioche (Bob had his first lobster roll with Kate) Seated Dinner Seasonal greens with caramelized onion tart, watermelon radish and champagne vinaigrette Your preselected choice of Grilled Atlantic salmon with sauce baumiere, served with haricots vert and carrot bundles and sweet potato puree New York strip steak with chive mashed potatoes and wilted greens Roasted root vegetables for the table Dessert Wedding cake Pear cobbler (for Bob) Root beer floats (for Kate) Chocolate caramel espresso tarts
