There is absolutely no open flame of any kind allowed at the ranch. We will be in a high-risk area for wild fires, so no open flames of any kind will be allowed. We appreciate your help and cooperation with this!
We ask that all guests please silence and put away their phones during the ceremony. However, you are more than welcome to take as many photos and videos as you would like during the reception.
The attire for the wedding is semi-formal. However, please keep in mind that we are in the mountains on a working ranch where the terrain can be rough. Please avoid wearing heels and make sure to bring layers as it can get chilly at night.
Yes! We have a room block at the Santa Maria Inn. If you would like to stay at this hotel, you can call them and ask for a room in the Jensen/Joscelyn room block.
Yes! We will be providing transportation from the Santa Maria Inn to the venue and back at the end of the night. Please make sure to take advantage of this or arrange a designated driver back to the hotel if you plan to drink! There is limited cell service at the ranch, so we highly advise that you do not rely on Uber or Lyft to get back at the hotel. We will update you on times of shuttles as the wedding gets closer!
There are quite a few hotels in Santa Maria that are not far from the ranch. Check back soon for more details!
Yes! There is plenty of parking available at the ranch. There will be signs upon arrival directing you where to park.
If you have any questions or concerns during the event, please ask our Wedding Coordinator, Christina. She will be available to answer any questions.
