Answer

As you may have heard, a fire broke out last night near Cloverdale, the site of the wedding venue. At this point, the venue is not threatened or under evacuation. The current plan is to keep the wedding on and wait and see. These things can be incredibly unpredictable and there is no point in worrying right now. We will keep you posted as to what is going on and any possible alternative arrangements. It would be a good idea to check in with your lodgings to see what their status is. We never thought I'd say this... but pray for rain!

What's on the menu and what does “Please indicate number of vegetarian entrees” mean?

Answer

We will be having a buffet of tri-tip with horseradish, BBQ chicken, salad, roasted veggies, and white cheddar mac ‘n’ cheese. The caterer needs to know how many people will be eating strictly vegetarian.
