We're Getting Married!

It was a Friday night, and Madison and Kate just got back from an Alpha Gam date night together. They were young and free, so they didn’t want their night to end. They decided to hang out with some other Alpha Gams at a Theta Xi party. Marshall looked across the room and saw that Kate needed some help on the dance floor. Kate didn’t forget about this! Theta Xi was having another party a few weeks later and Marshall invited Kate and Madison. Kate asked for Marshall’s contact info while they were swing dancing. Marshall and Kate went on their first date, and as they say, the rest is history.

After almost 5 years together, Marshall decided to propose. During Kate’s birthday weekend, Kate and Ashley decided to go on a nature hike and take pictures. Kate had been suspicious and was very much looking forward to being engaged. Ashley had to try very hard for Kate to look presentable without tipping her off. While walking Sope Creek Trail, Kate found a picture of Marshall and Kate taped to one of the ruins. Kate looked around very confused, and she finally saw Marshall by the river. They walked out onto the rocks where Marshall proposed and Kate said yes! They reminisced on their time together through the ruins where Marshall had taped a timeline of their pictures over the years. We are so looking forward to starting our life together and excited to bring together people for the start of our journey.
