When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that everyone RSVP as soon as possible so we can finalize details with our vendors.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Comfort is our top priority for all our guests and more details can be found on your invitation that will be emailed to you. For our elopement guests, the dress code is mountain casual. For our family reception guests, the dress code is cocktail attire.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes please let us know of any dietary or allergy restrictions on your invitation RSVP. We will do our best to work with our catering vendors to accommodate you.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

For our mountain elopement, parking will be limited at the trail we plan to have our ceremony. Please plan to carpool to ensure everyone can get on location quickly. For the family reception, there is plenty of parking for our guests at our venue and the reception location.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Transportation will not be provided since it is a small group for both our elopement and our family reception. We recommend carpooling to make getting around easier for those traveling out of town.
