Online! Once you receive an invitation in the mail via USPS, there will be a QR code on the back of the invitation that you can scan with your phone (or go directly to our website) to RSVP. You will enter your name into the website and respond as to whether you or members of your group will be attending.
September 1, 2025
Unfortunately, if you RSVP after September 1, 2025, you will not be added into the final headcount. As much as we would love to include you, we need to give our vendors ample time to prepare for the big day which includes knowing the confirmed number of guests.
We have a hotel block of reserved rooms at two hotels near our venue for our guests coming from far away. Look under the "Travel" tab for details.
We recommend flying into Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA).
Semi-Formal.
Yes! There is a parking lot with 120 spots so there should comfortably be enough for everyone.
Indoors! Our venue is a rustic barn that has a gorgeous interior so we couldn't resist keeping it indoors. However, there are fire pits outside that the guests are welcome to gather around.
The weather is great! It should still be warm but not overly hot. Assuming the weather cooperates, it should be a lovely autumn day.
Yes! Both plus ones and children are welcome and have already been added to the RSVP list. Just make sure you indicate whomever you're bringing when you RSVP. If you run into any issues during this process or have any questions about guests, please contact the bride, groom, or Mother of the Bride directly. Children who attend the wedding must be supervised at all times.
We will have yummy appetizers (i.e., corn fritters, panko crusted shrimp with tartar drizzle, beef skewers, mediterranean sticks, etc.) as well as a dinner/reception served buffet style. You can expect ribeye with or without sauce, Cajun chicken, salads, bread and butter, roasted carrots, mashed potatoes, and, of course, dessert! We will have two flavors of cake (lemon w/ strawberry cheesecake filling and red velvet w/ classic cream cheese filling, both having vanilla buttercream icing) as well as a dessert table that will have some gluten-free options. If you are uncertain about any of the ingredients as it relates to food allergies/restrictions, be sure to ask the catering staff.
4:00 PM EST. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM.
The venue asks that we have our guests depart by 10:00 PM.
We will start with the ceremony, move into cocktail hour, and then have a reception with music and dancing should you feel like busting a move!
Every part of this celebration is at our same beautiful venue!
If you must... Just kidding! Yes you may, but just be sure that it doesn't cause any distractions during the ceremony. We would hate to take away from the bride and groom's special moment.
#ItStartedWithASparks Ya know, just like "It started with a spark." We're so cute, lol.
