FAQs

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

For our welcome party on Saturday night, the dress code is dressy casual attire. For women, casual dresses or skirts/pants and a blouse. For men, slacks and a polo or button-down shirt. For our ceremony and reception, please wear cocktail attire. For women, midi- to floor-length dresses. The ceremony will take place on grass, so block heels or flats are recommended. For men, suits or jackets with dress pants (ties optional).

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP through the website no later than July 15th, 2026.

Question

I have a food allergy/dietary restriction - can I make a special request?

Answer

If you know us, you know we are pretty familiar with navigating dietary restrictions! For our vegetarian and vegan guests, we will have plenty of hors d’oeuvres for you to choose from at the cocktail hour. During the reception, there will be both a vegetarian and vegan entrée available for the main course upon request. When you RSVP here on the website, there will be a section for you to list any food preferences or allergies. Please make sure you do this and we will do our absolute best to accommodate!

Question

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors, followed by an indoor/outdoor cocktail hour, weather permitting. All guests will move inside to the reception hall for dinner and dancing.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Hotel recommendations are listed in the Travel tab. We have room blocks reserved at four different hotels in and around Poughkeepsie, NY.

Question

Is there transportation from the hotels to and from the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes! If you are going to stay at one of the hotels where we’ve reserved rooms, please anticipate being ready in the lobby of your respective hotel at 4:00 PM to board our shuttle buses. We are still ironing out the exact timing for hotel pickup and will be sure to update you all with the final bus schedule! One bus will be making a return trip to all hotels at the conclusion of the reception (10:30 pm) and one will depart at the end of the afterparty (12:00 am).

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5 p.m. Please arrive at 4:30 PM to take your seats and enjoy a refreshing welcome drink! If you're staying at one of our designated hotels, transportation to and from the venue will be provided to get you there on time.

Question

What is the parking situation at Red Maple Vineyard?

Answer

For those who are not spending the night or taking the bus from one of the four designated hotels, there will be ample parking available at Red Maple Vineyard. We strongly encourage everyone planning on drinking to use the shuttle if possible so you can enjoy the evening (and signature cocktails). If you do decide to drive to the venue, please do so responsibly!

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Working on this! Check back soon.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We would love for everyone to be able to join us, but unfortunately our venue's capacity only allows for whoever the envelope was directly addressed to.

Question

Is the wedding kid friendly?

Answer

We love your kids, but we ask that you leave children under 12 years old at home unless specifically designated on the RSVP page.
