FAQs

Question

Is There A Dress Code?

Answer

We'd love to see our friends and family dressed up for our big day! The dress code is cocktail attire. If you'd like to lean into the vibe of the day, think garden party — lighter colors, fun patterns, and floral prints for the ladies; suits or blazers for the gentlemen (we kindly ask: no jeans!).

Question

Can I Bring A Plus One?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for your understanding!

Question

Are Kids Invited?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event with the exception of our ring bearers. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

Question

When Should I Arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 2:00 PM, so we kindly ask that you arrive between 1:30 and 1:45 PM to allow time for parking and seating. Please note: there will be a break between the ceremony and the reception. The evening festivities will begin at 6:00 PM with a cocktail hour, followed by dinner and dancing.

Question

What Should I Do During The Gap Between The Ceremony & The Reception?

Answer

There will be a few hours between the ceremony and reception, so feel free to take some time to relax, explore, or grab a drink! We’ve put together a list of our favorite local spots and suggestions over on the Things to Do section of our website. There's plenty of things to do in Naperville before the festivities pick back up!

Question

Where Should I Stay?

Answer

We’ve reserved a hotel block for our guests to make things easy and convenient. You’ll find all the details in the Travel section of our website. We recommend booking early to secure the group rate and ensure availability!

Question

Can I Take Photos During The Ceremony?

Answer

We’re having an unplugged ceremony, which means we kindly ask that you put phones and cameras away and simply be present with us in the moment. The ceremony will take place in a Catholic church, so we also ask that devices be silenced or turned off out of respect for the space. Don’t worry, our photographer will be capturing all the special moments, and we can’t wait to share them with you afterward!
