When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP by August 1, 2025, so we can finalize our headcount, transportation, and lodging.

Where is the ceremony taking place?
Answer
Our ceremony will be held outdoors at Pearl of the Valley in Sevierville, TN. Please arrive by 3:30 PM to allow time for parking and seating.
Question
What is the dress code?
Answer
Dressy casual. Think "outdoor mountain wedding" — sundresses, jumpsuits, button-down shirts, and slacks are perfect. Avoid heels if possible, as the ceremony will be on grass.

What are your wedding colors?
Answer
Our wedding palette includes forest green, black, ivory, and soft earth tones, with plenty of natural greenery and vine-inspired details. Think understated elegance with a mountain-meets-minimalist feel!

Will transportation be provided?
Answer
We recommend renting a car, as rideshare services (like Uber or Lyft) are limited in the Sevierville area. If you’re flying into Knoxville’s McGhee Tyson Airport (TYS) and transportation is a barrier to attending, please let us know when you RSVP—we’ll do our best to coordinate a solution.

Where should I stay?
Answer
We’ve reserved the River Lodge at Hidden Mountain Resort for family and close friends. If you’d like to stay with us, please let us know in your RSVP. It will be a fun (and likely rowdy) gathering after the wedding, so if you’re looking for a quieter space, there are plenty of nearby lodging options listed on our Travel page.

Can I bring my pet?
Answer
While we love animals, we kindly ask that guests do not bring pets to the wedding or lodging. Our dog, Jovi, will be with us for the weekend and is not comfortable around other animals. Thank you for understanding and helping us keep the environment calm and safe for everyone.

What should I do if I have dietary restrictions?

Please include any dietary needs in your RSVP response. We’ll do our best to accommodate!

Will there be a reception?
Answer
Instead of a traditional reception, we’re planning a relaxed evening gathering at the River Lodge following dinner. You’re welcome to join us for food, fun, and quality time together!

Are kids welcome?
Answer
Yes! Children are welcome to attend the ceremony and dinner. Please include them in your RSVP.

What's the weather like in October?
Answer
Fall in the Smoky Mountains is beautiful. Expect temperatures between 60–75°F during the day and cooler in the evenings. Bring a light jacket or sweater, especially for the outdoor portions of the day.
