FAQs

We want to make things as easy as possible for our guests. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out 🤍 🤍 🤍
Question

How do I get from Bradley International Airport to the hotel?

Answer

Your best option is Uber or Lyft. There are plenty available, and the ride to the hotels is only about 25 minutes.

Question

What’s the dress code for the ceremony & reception?

Answer

Our dress code is cocktail attire...think suits, dresses and polished evening looks. We’re embracing a late fall palette of muted purples, mauve, greens, and golden yellows.

Question

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

We’ve carefully created our guest list to stay within our venue capacity. If you were given a plus-one, it will be listed on your invitation.

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We hope you enjoy a fun night out with us!

Question

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 5:00 PM. Please plan to arrive around 4:30 PM so you have time to park, get settled and find your seat before things begin.

Question

Will there be transportation to and from the venue?

Answer

Yes! A shuttle will be provided to pick up guests from both hotels, the Courtyard Marriott and Delamar, around 4pm and bring you to Shuttle Meadow CC. The ride is approximately 20 minutes. Transportation will also be available at the end of the night to bring guests back to their hotels or the after party.

Question

Is there parking?

Answer

Yes! Plenty of parking is available at Shuttle Meadow.

Question

Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors, followed by a patio cocktail hour and an indoor reception. We recommend dressing for the weather and bringing layers if needed.

Question

Who is the artist exhibiting at the museum for your welcome party?

Answer

John Hitchcock, an award-winning contemporary artist, musician, and professor at the University of Wisconsin–Madison (we love a Wisconsin connection!). His work explores the connections between community, land, and culture. https://nbmaa.org/exhibitions/john-hitchcock

Question

Should I come to the after party?

Answer

Yes.

Question

Are there any events on Sunday the 27th?

Answer

We will be in the lobby/breakfast area of the Delamar Hotel in the morning. Delamar offers complimentary breakfast for hotel guests, and we’ll be there to enjoy it. We’d love for you to stop by, share a few memories from the celebration and say goodbye before heading home!
