Your best option is Uber or Lyft. There are plenty available, and the ride to the hotels is only about 25 minutes.
Our dress code is cocktail attire...think suits, dresses and polished evening looks. We’re embracing a late fall palette of muted purples, mauve, greens, and golden yellows.
We’ve carefully created our guest list to stay within our venue capacity. If you were given a plus-one, it will be listed on your invitation.
While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We hope you enjoy a fun night out with us!
The ceremony will begin at 5:00 PM. Please plan to arrive around 4:30 PM so you have time to park, get settled and find your seat before things begin.
Yes! A shuttle will be provided to pick up guests from both hotels, the Courtyard Marriott and Delamar, around 4pm and bring you to Shuttle Meadow CC. The ride is approximately 20 minutes. Transportation will also be available at the end of the night to bring guests back to their hotels or the after party.
Yes! Plenty of parking is available at Shuttle Meadow.
The ceremony will take place outdoors, followed by a patio cocktail hour and an indoor reception. We recommend dressing for the weather and bringing layers if needed.

Yes.
We will be in the lobby/breakfast area of the Delamar Hotel in the morning. Delamar offers complimentary breakfast for hotel guests, and we’ll be there to enjoy it. We’d love for you to stop by, share a few memories from the celebration and say goodbye before heading home!
