FAQs

If you have any other questions other than what we have listed here, please feel free to get in touch with us or our travel planner, Paul Yantha, for travel related questions.
Question

What if I'm flying from outside of Toronto?

Answer

Our wedding travel planner, Paul Yantha (travel3@luxedestinationweddings.com), is available to support with any trip accommodations on an individual basis, if the available packages don't work with your location and/or room preference.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 6, 2025. For those who have paid the initial $300 deposit, this is also when your final payment will be due.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, we've chosen an adults only resort (18+) that will not allow children on the property.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

For the wedding, we're asking that guests wear vacation chic & cocktail attire. Outside of the wedding, the resort enforces strict dress codes in their restaurants, so please visit the resort website for more details on this: https://www.hyattinclusivecollection.com/en/resorts-hotels/secrets/mexico/tulum-resort-beach-club/

Question

How will we get from the airport to the hotel?

Answer

Transportation to/from the resort and Cancun airport is included in all of our group packages.

Question

What if we decide to stay on a different resort but come for the wedding?

Answer

We're able to secure wedding passes that allow you to stay on resort until 11 pm but cost $100 USD per person - just let us know if you're going this route so we can organize.

Question

What if we can't commit to a full week but want to come for a shorter period?

Answer

Our travel planner is more than happy to help with customizing a package that works with your schedule; whether it's hotel only or hotel and flights - just reach out to Paul directly for arrangements.

Question

Do you have a wedding registry?

Answer

No - our friends and family are travelling long and far to celebrate with us, so there is no expectation for a gift.
