There are two convenient airport options: Dulles International Airport (IAD) - which is 25 miles from the Hilton Garden Inn in Haymarket VA ( closest lodging to the wedding venue) Washington Regan Airport (DCA) - which is 39 miles from the Hilton Garden Inn in Haymarket VA

Answer

Uber/Lyft from the airport to Hilton Garden Inn, Haymarket VA. will range between $55 and $105 each way depending on size of vehicle needed. If the gate is closed, tell the booth attendee you are going to the wedding and they will allow you in.

What is the Dress Code?

Answer

This is a Formal/Black-tie Optional Event. That means tuxedos are optional, suits should preferably be in dark colors, and dresses should be below-the-knee/tea-length to floor-length. Family members would ideally avoid wearing florals and loud prints - but the most important is your presence. At the end of the day, we care that you're there - not what you wear <3

Can I Record The Ceremony?

Please don't. We have hired very talented photographers and videographers with expensive equipment to capture the moment. We want to see your faces in the photos - not your phones in the air. Be present in the moment with us - and don't worry - we'll happily send you a copy of the photos and videos at your request.

Can I Bring Alcohol With Me For The Party?

Answer

Absolutely NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL is permitted. The venue emphasized that on the first violation, the offending guest will be asked to leave, and on the second, the event will be shut down. We will have an open bar for you to enjoy. Try our specialty cocktails!

I RSVP'd But I Want To Change My Menu Selection

Weddings require a lot of planning and several of our contracts require changes to be finalized weeks in advance. After MARCH 31st, we cannot guarantee your request will be accommodated.
