Of course! Please note that this venue is a working flower farm and is mostly unfenced so kids should be supervised to avoid getting lost. We will not be providing any on-site childcare.
We'd love to get a total headcount by July 15th but if you forget, don't worry. We'll make sure we have plenty of chairs, food, and drinks for everyone!
Absolutely! Just let us know how many people to expect so that we can plan accordingly!
We encourage all of our guests to join us on this day as their most authentic selves. Wear what you feel called to wear, what you feel best in. From black tie glam to Carhartt casual, wear what makes you happy!
Yes, we have a wedding registry! You can find it by clicking the registry tab above. We have a few gift card items on the registry but if you prefer to send directly, you can send it via Venmo: @Shirlie
Yes! There will be parking as well as signage directing you along the way.
Our ceremony site is on a level pathway in a wooded area. The ceremony site is in a cleared area and parking is nearby. Our venue will have a side-by-side ATV available for folks who need some mobility assistance getting from the parking area to the ceremony/reception site.
If you're joining us for the ceremony, please arrive by 1:45pm so we can be sure your parked and making your way over to the ceremony site for the wedding at 2:00pm. If you'd like to skip the formal stuff and just come out to party with us, plan to arrive after 2:30. If you'd like to just pop in to give the newlyweds your blessings, plan to arrive after 4:00pm. We'll be partying until 10pm, can't wait to see you!
The bar is open (and self-serve) but will be somewhat limited in variety. We'll also be enjoying a tap truck with some beer and cider options!
No bouquet toss but we'll have plenty of fun making our own traditions!
We love photos! We have a photographer working with us so we ask you to be mindful of them and avoid stepping into their shots. Otherwise, please take photos, post them, tag us, and use our wedding hastag #KSWedding2023 so we can see your photos too!
Although we'd love for all of our beloved family and friends to join us in person on our special day, we understand how difficult travel can be (especially to Alaska in the summertime). We will be providing a video livestream for the ceremony and posting the link here on our site so it's easy to find. Check back on August 26th!
Your health and wellbeing are a priority. We do ask that anyone attending in person be fully vaccinated (and boosted) and in good health. If you feel even a little under the weather, please stay home. While masks won't be required if you prefer to wear one, please feel free. Masks and hand sanitizer will be readily available throughout our space.
