Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 3pm sharp. To minimize disruption during the ceremony, please arrive 20-30 minutes before the it starts. Late guests will have to wait either at the Cocktail Hour area or the parking lot until the ceremony is over, no exceptions.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We need to provide our official headcount to our contracted vendors within a specific timeframe. Please RSVP by the deadline noted on your invitation. If you do not RSVP by the respected date, we will miss having you there!

I’m unable to make it to the event. Do I need to respond to the RSVP?

Answer

Kindly respond to the RSVP by selecting “cannot attend”. This will assist the headcount process and provide an open spot for those who want to bring a guest.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If you were not given a plus one in your invitation, and would like to bring one, please reach out to Kat or Nick. Our guest count is limited, therefore, an additional plus one is not guaranteed.

Are kids welcomed?

Answer

As much as we love children, this event is limited to adults only due to the limited capacity at the venue.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We highly encourage guests to dress in semi-formal attire. Please avoid white, red, burgundy, and tan as those colors are reserved for The Wedding Party (bride, groom, bridesmaids, and groomsmen).

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at the same location. Parking is available on the premises.

What if I have dietary restrictions and/or allergies?

Answer

We are more than happy to accommodate. Please notify Kat or Nick before September 1, 2025. Catering services will need to be altered as soon as possible.

What’s on the menu?

Answer

We are pleased to have @ChuysTacos916 as our cater for the evening. The menu consists of the following - Meat Options: Carne Asada, Al Pastor, and Chicken. Sides: Rice, beans and chips. Condiment Options: Onions, cilantro, lime, red sauce, and avocado Sauce. Drink Option: Agua Fresca. Additional drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) can be found in the kitchenette area.

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

We will be providing alcoholic drinks, including beer, White Claws, canned cocktails, and a limited amount of wine. Non-alcoholic drinks, such as water and soda, will also be provided. These refreshments can be found in the venue's kitchenette area from 3:30-10:30pm.

Is there a smoking area?

Answer

Per the venue's guidelines, guests must smoke/vape 20-feet away from any door or window. Smoking/vaping inside the building is absolutely prohibited.

Question

I want to gift a card to the newlyweds. Who do I give it to?

Answer

We absolutely adore cards from our loved ones. We will have a box for our guests to drop their cards in. The box will be collected at the end of the night. If you’re unable to place your card in the box for any reason, please hand it to the newlyweds or Maid of Honor (Julie Ann Lumbang).
