We met while we were out with friends one night and had a good time talking about our goals and we realized we had a lot in common with what we wanted from life. It included a dog (of course), a loving home, and a lot of adventure! One of our favorite things to do is travel; near or far. We are so grateful and excited to go to New York, be with all our family, and get married!
We flew out to New York to celebrate Christmas, and on Christmas Eve, we were in Grandma Virginia's home when they announced the third annual family raffle was about to begin. Everyone gathered in a circle, huddled in grandma's living room, when suddenly I heard my name, jumped to the middle, and turned around to claim my prize. Behind me was Marcus down on one knee asking to be his wife!
Our angel JJay was a good dog who lived life on the edge...of the fence! He crawled out every once in a while and was the notorious leader of the neighborhood pack of stray dogs. JJay was about ten years old when he was called to dog heaven and he was watching over us for about 6 months before we found our BiBi. We held her in our arms when she was just 7 weeks old. We immediately felt in our hearts she was destined to be our little BiBi girl. We took her home and she quickly got comfortable in JJay's old bed and made sure to love up on her new mom and dadders, right away. We knew she felt loved, safe, and blessed to be JJay's little sister.
