When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 5:30PM on September 9. We kindly ask guests to arrive 20-30 minutes prior to mingle and find their seats. Shuttles will be running every 15 minutes from Woodloch Springs starting at 4:30pm until 5:15pm

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for the ceremony and reception is semi-formal. Men can wear a suit or sports jacket with a tie, and women can wear a floor-length or tea-length evening dress. Keep in mind the ceremony will be on grass.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will take place outdoors, on the grass by the lake. Cocktail hour will be outdoors on the deck of The Inn. The reception will take place indoors in the Lakeview Dining Room and guests will still have access to the attached deck.

Can I bring a date? What about children?

Answer

In order to keep our guest list on track we are only able to accommodate those guests or children formally invited on your wedding invitation. Please feel free to contact us with any questions!

When do I need to book the house by?

Answer

Houses at Woodloch Springs will need to be booked by July 29, 2023. After this date, on-site housing reservations cannot be guaranteed.

Woodloch Lingo

Answer

We know the different Woodloch locations can be confusing. To clarify: - Woodloch Springs: This area includes the rental homes where guests are staying and the clubhouse. - Woodloch Pines: The main resort area, where The Inn is located. - The Inn at Woodloch Pines: Where the wedding ceremony and reception are being held. - Woodloch Resort: The entire resort, including Woodloch Springs and Woodloch Pines. Make sure not to put The Lodge at Woodloch into your GPS, this is a separate resort not associated with our wedding.

Is there parking for the ceremony/reception?

Answer

There is a spacious parking lot at The Inn at Woodloch Pines. For guests staying at the Woodloch Springs rental homes, a shuttle will bring you to and from the ceremony/reception.

Am I allowed to take photos during your wedding ceremony?

We’ve asked a professional photographer to capture this special moment so that you can sit back, relax and enjoy it with us. Our beautiful images will be available after the wedding. Please refrain from taking photos while wedding party members are walking up and down the aisle.
