FAQs

Question

RSVP Deadline

Answer

February 20th 2026

Question

Can you accommodate my food allergy?

Answer

Yes! Please include any allergies and food restrictions in you RSVP. Our venue is a nut-free zone and all food will be served family style.

Question

Where should I book my stay?

Answer

We highly recommend our guests to stay overnight and the take day after to enjoy beautiful Prince Edward County. We are more than happy to provide recommendations for accommodations that suit your preferences. If you have a preference for booking (a type of hotel, group booking, etc..) please let us know and we can help facilitate! We encourage you to book as early as possible as summer time in PEC is busy!

Question

Is this an outdoor or indoor wedding?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors and dinner will be indoors. It will be summer so expect sun, grass and an 8:30pm sunset. The evening will be warm. There will be shade, parasols and ample seating so you will not be baking in the sun.

Question

What's the dress code?

Answer

For Guys, suit jacket, shirt, pants, any colour, but keep in mind it will be warm. For Girls, long colourful dresses, the evening will be warm but just in case it gets chilly bring a layer. Since this is an outdoor wedding, please prepare for grass - stilettos may be hard to walk around in.

Question

When should I plan to arrive in PEC?

Answer

Prince Edward County is about 2.5 hours from Toronto, it is really nice in the summer. You can arrive the evening before to enjoy all it has to offer or arrive the morning of. Most local accommodations will have check-in times closer to 2pm/3pm so arriving the evening before may be a smoother experience for you.
