We were in Texas for my brothers wedding. I already knew he was going to propose at some point this year as we talked about it for so long! I had no idea he would be proposing in Texas! It was the day after my brothers wedding. All my family was there and we making supper. I was playing white a cheap plastic bat and ball with the kids. Cody just walks up behind me and Kaden in his arms and goes down on one knee. I thought he was kidding and told him “no get up”. Cody said “no I’m being serious”. Then he said a whole bunch of others and I can’t remember half of it because I started crying and said “yes!” Of course! He didn’t even know he was going to propose either because he didn’t even bring the ring! He just knows surprising me is very difficult and I definitely wasn’t expecting it to happen in Texas so that was his shot! How funny! We're so excited to celebrate this next chapter in our lives with you. See you all soon enough!

Funny story! Cody and I met on Tinder the dating app of all things! I thought Cody was a catfish because he was just too good lookin’ and there must be a catch of why we matched! The catch was I would have to be a step mom! Haha.

We are blended family with 6 children! Cody has 4 children and I had 1 from our previous relationship. We have one son together! Ehmry - 7 Aheslynn -6 Zavien- 4 Blakely -3 Theodore -15 months Kaden - 7 months We have 3 dogs ! Hank, Harper, and Holley
