Kat 100% knew that Austen was going to propose on Halloween. He wasn't sly about it. He planned on taking Kat to Muncie to hang out with their friends Megan and Jay. Then Kat got called into work, so they had to make their trip quick. Austen kept checking his pocket every five seconds to make sure the ring was still there. And Jay and Megan wanted to take "senior pictures". So Kat made sure that they were wearing a cute dress and excitedly waited for him to pop the question. Then Kat went to work an hour later and told everyone who would listen that they are now engaged!
