Formal attire - dress your best! Please keep in mind you will be on grass during the ceremony and cocktail hour. Think midi or full-length dresses or pantsuits for women and suits or tuxedos for men.

Do you have a hotel block?
Answer
We have secured a wedding block at The William Fell Baltimore. Please reference the Beaver Wilson Wedding when booking, or use this link: https://www.hilton.com/en/attend-my-event/zbpafup-90j-4c466b2d-7a33-4d2e-9253-389c7fecd73c/. Rooms should be booked by July 31st. We recommend requesting early check in if booking for only Friday night to ensure adequate time to arrive at The Belmont Manor. Transportation to and from The Belmont Manor will be provided for hotel guests.

How is parking in Baltimore?
Answer
The William Fell offers valet parking for $65/day. Alternatively, you can reserve a spot at a local garage using SpotHero for the weekend (usually ~$90 total.) There is some street parking available, but please read street signs thoroughly and do not leave valuables in your cars.

Is there parking at The Belmont Manor?
Answer
Yes! There is parking at the Belmont Manor where we will be having both the ceremony and reception, but we are not allowed to leave cars parked overnight. If you are planning on imbibing (which we encourage you to!) please take advantage of the shuttle service as a guest of the hotel or utilize Uber or Lyft. Hotel guests - the shuttle will leave promptly at 3:00pm from the William Fell.

Thursday, September 17th 8:30 - 10:30pm: Welcome Party at Max's Taphouse (caddy-corner to The William Fell) Friday, September 18th 3:00pm: Buses for guests of The William Fell depart for the Belmont Manor 4:00pm: Wedding ceremony begins (please arrive 20 minutes early) 5:00pm: Cocktail Hour 6:00pm - 10:00pm: Dinner & Dancing 11:00pm: After party at Bar Cocina (across the street from The William Fell) Saturday, September 19th Guests have been pre-sorted into 1:30pm or 3:00pm water taxi around the Inner Harbor to leave from the Fells Point Water Taxi pier at 901 S Broadway (also across the street from The William Fell). BYOB and cruise with the newlyweds!
