This day will be very busy and stressful for us all but we will try our best to answer all questions. It’s highly recommended that you ask about any questions or concerns before the day of the event or earlier in the week/month to receive a quicker and more accurate response. Please email me at katalinacha28@gmail.com for any concerns and/or questions. Thank you!
Yes! The ceremony location will have parking spaces and you are allowed to park on the side streets as well! The reception location has a free lot parking.
We kindly ask that you don’t wear the wedding colors unless you are part of the wedding party or immediate family. The colors of the wedding are shown in the "schedule" section of the website! In case you are still confused, the colors are: WHITE, GOLD, SAGE GREEN (Avoiding any and all shades of green in general is a safe bet!), and GREY. It should already be known but...most importantly please don't wear anything white (this includes men and boys!). Thank you!
We would like you all to RSVP by May 18th, 2022. Any RSVPs received after that date will be taken in for consideration but cannot be guaranteed.
We prefer the simple gift of money! Please see the "registry" page on the website! (:
It is HIGHLY recommended that you arrive an hour (12:00pm) before the ceremony starts (1:00pm). We want everyone to be seated and situated in order to avoid disruptions or incidents during the ceremony. PLEASE BE ON TIME! We are only allowed to rent the church for a certain amount of hours so please be there early in order to avoid interruptions during the ceremony. Thank you!
Yes! However, we ask kindly that children who are loud or start to become disruptive during the ceremony be moved to a different area of the church in order to avoid interference with the ceremony. Thank you!
PLEASE STAY HOME if you are experiencing any COVID symptoms, have been exposed to someone with it, or even if you have a slight headache! We not only want to protect your health, but the safety and health of others as well! We do not have the resources to keep track or tell if you may or may not have COVID (e.g. temperature checks, testing kits, medicine, etc.). We want to emphasize that you all remember that COVID will still be around, regardless of having a lower risk by the wedding date. We highly recommend staying in quarantine, maintaining and keeping safe distances when you are out, and wearing masks EVERYWHERE you go two months before the wedding in order to decrease the chances of COVID spreading (especially since this wedding will have over 200 guests!) Additionally, if you want to bring a mask to the wedding, please feel free to! We will try to provide masks as well but it is not guaranteed, as we will not have enough for 200+ guests! Thank you for understanding!
Good question! If you RSVP that you're coming but decide that you don't want to because you're simply worried about COVID, I will need to ABSOLUTELY know by May 31st!!
We would prefer that everyone get or try to get tested a month before the wedding (somewhere in between early or mid May) in order to prevent the spread of COVID, especially since there are going to be older people at the wedding and so many people in general. If you chose not to get tested or can't, please please please quarantine or take precautions when in public before the wedding! I know this seems like a lot to ask of everyone but for the sake of everyone's health, please be careful, safe, and aware of the worlds current situation and take COVID seriously! Thank you!!
Yes. If you did not RSVP you and your plus one (if you are bringing one) by the deadline, you will not be on the reception list and will not be let in. We are making sure that we respect and stick to the policies regarding guest count that our venue has. We hope you understand and encourage you to rsvp soon!
