Our wedding will take place at a beautiful private estate nestled 45 minutes west of Washington, DC. The venue offers great views of the Potomac River, which runs along the northern edge of the property. Important Notes: - A large portion of the event is outdoors, so please dress accordingly. - Walking paths between locations include grass and gravel, so consider comfortable shoes (stilettos not recommended). - If the evening gets chilly, bringing a light jacket or wrap might be a good idea. Yes, the venue has plenty of parking. It is a large estate that will have an attendant and signage directing you where to go. The venue allows for people to plan on leaving their cars on-site overnight and picking them back up by 10am the next morning, if needed.
No shuttles or similar group transportation will be provided. We will be providing courtesy Uber trip vouchers here — please visit this site closer to the date for more information.

Weather permitting, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside. The reception will be held in the barn, the barn does have one wall open to the outside but will protect against the elements.
Andrew did some statistical analysis (🤓)and determined this time of year is least likely to experience rain (29% chance). This area averages a high of 80°F (peaking at around 3-4pm), and cooling to ~65°F by midnight. Obviously this is all unpredictable - so be warned.
