Ila was my best friend. She is my cousin but she was more like a sister to me. People always thought we were twins and we told them we were. Her and I talked about how our weddings would be one day and what we would wear and how we would decorate. A lot of those things have changed over the years but I know one thing that hasn't is that we would most definitely be each others maid of honor. I miss her more than anything but I know in some way, she will be there to see me make those childhood dreams come true.
