How Do I RSVP

Answer

You can click the RSVP tab above and RSVP anytime before 08/15/2025. We will also include a paper RSVP with your invitation if you prefer to mail you RSVP back to us, please have you RSVP sent back by 08/15/2025.

What If I Don't RSVP On Time

Answer

If you do not RSVP by 08/15/2025, you will be marked as "UNable to Attend". We would love to be celebrating with you, however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our venders and can't accept late RSVP's. What does this mean? This means you will not be allowed to attend our special day. There will be no seating, drinking, or meal accommodations for you.

What Should I do if I am unable to attend

Answer

You will definitely be missed! If you cannot attend out wedding, please indicate "Will NOT Attend" on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd "Attending", but find that you are unable to join us, please notify someone in the wedding party as soon as you are aware.

Are Children Invited?

Answer

Due to limited numbers, we hope you understand that children are only invited if named. Your invitation will be made out to "The {Your Last Name} Family" if your children have been invited. If the children have not been invited "Mr. & Mrs" only you and your significant other are invited. If your children are invited, we do ask that they have left the reception by 10 PM at the latest!

Arrival Time

You are welcome to arrive at 5pm to socialize or explore Garvan Woodland Gardens, that is free the day of for wedding guests, but please be seated by 7:00, the ceremony will begin at 7:10.

What is the attire

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us, we are requesting from garden attire to cocktail attrite. We are encouraging everyone to match the "theme", but it's not required. If you would like to do so, dressing in black or various shades of dark green, please keep in mind our bridesmaids will be in olive green, but please no denim, red, cream, ivory or white. You will be wearing those colors at your own risk. I am not responsible for how others may "alter" your clothing due to the color you wore.

Can I take photos

Answer

No, we will be having an unplugged ceremony. We have hired a photographer to take care of all the photo needs. You may take as many photos and videos as you please during the reception, just be mindful during first dance and cake cuttings.

Will there be an open bar

Answer

We will have a small selection to choose from, if you would like something outside of our menu you will have to cover the cost.
