Shuttle Pick Up 2 - Holiday Inn

2:45 pm - 3:00 pm

Bus Loading Begins at 2:45 PM | Departs Promptly at 3:00 PM

IMPORTANT: Shuttle picks up in the hotel parking lot...look for the big black school bus (you can’t miss it!). You’re welcome to use this shuttle even if you’re not staying at the hotel. Hotel parking is for registered guests only...check street signs if parking nearby. This shuttle will continue to Stop #3 for a final pick-up before heading to the venue. All rides are short, the venue is just 10 minutes from the final stop. Estimated arrival at the venue: around 3:30 PM

Shuttle Pick Up 3 - Corner of Mark Avenue & Cindy Lane

3:00 pm - 3:15 pm

Bus Loading Begins at 3:05pm | Departs at 3:15pm & 3:20pm

IMPORTANT: Look for the big black school buses...two buses will come from pick up 1 and 2 to pick up at this location. If you do not see a bus (and you're there are 3pm) be patient as they are coming from pick up 1 and 2. Buses will depart at 3:15pm and 3:20pm. There is ample street parking nearby, always check signage, and allow extra time to park and load. The venue is just 10 minutes from this stop.

Ceremony & Reception

4:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Ceremony begins promptly at 4:00 PM. Shuttles will arrive with enough time for a quick hello, a welcome drink, and to find your seat. Cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing to follow. Shuttle Return

8:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Shuttles will begin return service from the venue with departures at 8:00 PM (early return), 9:00 PM, and after the reception ends at 10:00 PM. Shuttles will rotate between drop-off locations and will be staged onsite to transport guests throughout the evening.
