As most of you know, masks are required when just about doing anything. We please ask you to bring your own mask (B.Y.O.M)! We will have some extras to give out, but would kindly ask everyone bring one and follow the rules that the venue has laid out. Please wear a mask when getting up from your table and walking around. You may take your mask off when seated. We appreciate everyone doing their part to keep others safe!

Where should I fly in to?

Answer

John Glenn Columbus International Airport is the closest airport. It takes about 15 minutes or so to get from the airport to the hotel/venue.

Where should I stay?

Answer

We have a block of rooms at The Hyatt Regency (see the Travel tab). There are numerous other hotels to stay in Columbus, but that is a busy weekend for events in Columbus.

Is there a shuttle?

Answer

We do not have a shuttle service from the hotel to the venue. There is Uber/Lyft to use. The hotel is only about 1 mile from the venue. There is also free parking at Vue, and you may park overnight, but have to move your car by 9 AM. If you are parking at the Vue, you must have a voucher in your car. There will be someone handing them out at the parking lot, and there will also be some inside as well.

Are the ceremony and reception at the same location?

Yes. Everything is located at Vue.
