Question

Take a Ride on Us!

Answer

We’ve set up an Uber credit code for our guests to use when traveling to and from the ceremony and reception. Just scan the QR code on the bar cards at the wedding, or enter this code directly in your Uber app: rzgpffncntg

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We kindly request cocktail attire for our special day! Since the ceremony will be outdoors on the grass, we recommend considering footwear that’s easy to move in—heels might be tricky on the lawn. After the ceremony, the cocktail hour and reception will be indoors, where you can kick back and enjoy the celebration!

Question

Getting to the Ceremony Site

Answer

Hubbard Park Lodge has an onsite parking lot available for guests. From the parking lot, you’ll enter through a tunnel and take a set of stairs down to reach the ceremony site. Please note that there are quite a few stairs involved. If you have difficulty with stairs or would prefer not to walk down, you may be dropped off at the circular drop-off area near the ceremony site before parking your car. In case of inclement weather, the ceremony will be held inside the lodge, which is located at the top of the hill as you enter from the tunnel.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Ceremony: There is free onsite parking available at Hubbard Park Lodge for the ceremony. Reception: For the reception, there are several parking garages within walking distance of Pilot Project Brewing. The Brewery Structure at 1213 N 9th St offers a discount for wedding guests, and we’ll have more details at the reception on how to redeem the discount. Street Parking for Reception: Parking along N 10th Street and Juneau Avenue is free parking on Saturdays and Sundays, as well as many surrounding side streets. Please obey all posted restrictions as this is monitored by the city for enforcement if restrictions apply.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving by 1:30 PM to give yourself plenty of time to park, settle in, and find your seat before the ceremony starts at 2:00 PM.

Question

What to Do Between the Ceremony & Cocktail Hour

Answer

Our ceremony will likely wrap up around 2:30 PM, and cocktail hour begins at 4:30 PM - about a 15-minute drive from the ceremony site. During this time, feel free to: - Check into your hotel if you haven’t already - Explore a few of our favorite Milwaukee spots - Grab a drink and relax nearby Right after the ceremony, you’re welcome to enjoy a beverage at the Hubbard Park Beer Garden, just steps from the ceremony site. Or, if you're ready to get the party started, head over to Pilot Project Brewing, which is open to the public prior to cocktail hour. No need to rush—we’re excited to celebrate with you soon!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited venue capacity, we are only accommodating guests that are formally invited on your wedding invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your kiddos, our wedding is adult only. We hope you can use this as a date night to enjoy yourselves!

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Absolutely! The drinks will be flowing freely during cocktail hour and the reception until 8:30 PM. After that, we’ll switch to a cash bar—so drink up while you can, folks!

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please let us know when you are RSVPing if you have any dietary restrictions.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We are asking that you please RSVP no later than April 14th, 2025.
