Please submit your RSVP no later than Friday August 22nd.
Please arrive by 3:30pm to allow yourself to park and be seated. The ceremony will start promptly at 4pm. There will be a fall festival going on during this time which results in unexpected traffic and delays. Please plan accordingly.
Your invitation will be addressed to those who are invited. If it includes a guest by name, then yes! If not, we prefer just your company. You will see your plus one listed under your name when it is time to RSVP.
Our wedding will be adults only!
The ceremony and reception will be indoors. Cocktail hour will be outside under a covered area.
There will be a fall festival going on at Mapleside which can cause some confusion with parking but wedding guests WILL have their own designated parking lot. A parking pass will be sent with your invitation. Please bring this pass and present it when you pull into Mapleside to ensure you are parking in the correct lot. If you are being directed to park down the hill, that is NOT the correct lot and let the parking staff know you are here for the wedding.
Dress to impress! Formal attire please...... The color pink is highly encouraged :)
Due to majority of our guests being local, we did not reserve any hotel blocks. Under the travel tab you will see two hotels listed that are within a four to five mile distance from the venue!
