Flashback to a college job at a before/after school childcare program through the YMCA in Kalamazoo... Before Kassidy's first day working for The YMCA at Winchell Elementary, phone numbers were shared for staff at different school locations due to meeting early in the morning (6:30am!). On the list of staff scheduled for Winchell Elementary, Sean Reilly was listed with a phone number area code of (989) along with Kassidy Albers, also (989). While supervising the children on the playground, Sean mentioned to Kassidy, "I saw your phone number area code 989, where are you from?" Kassidy replied, "Bay City, where are you from?" Sean smirked and replied, "Have you ever heard of Essexville?" And basically walked away. Kassidy was left hanging and in shock that they grew up so close together, but were just now meeting in Kalamazoo, MI. After several months of working together and finding out they were both Education majors at Western Michigan University, they quickly became close friends and inseparable.
