What time should I arrive?

We recommend arriving around 3:45 PM at the latest to allow plenty of time to park, find your seat, and get settled before the ceremony begins at 4:00 PM.

Parking is available near the venue entrance. Parking attendants will be on-site to help guide guests upon arrival.

Is transportation provided?

Answer

Yes! Shuttle buses will run from 8:30pm-10:30pm to transport guests back to the recommended hotels in the evening. If you'd prefer not to drive after the reception, you're welcome to leave your vehicle at the venue overnight.

What is the nearest airport?

Answer

For guests traveling by air, the closest airports are Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) and Dallas Love Field (DAL). Both airports are approximately an hour from the venue, depending on traffic and your final destination. We recommend choosing whichever airport offers the most convenient flight options for your travel plans. ✈️

Children are welcome to celebrate with us! However, we kindly ask that younger children who may become restless or noisy during the ceremony step out of the chapel with a parent if needed.
