Riverside Park and Ralph Mitchell Zoo
We have spent so many date days walking through the zoo, plus it’s 100% free! If you take a couple quarters you can even feed some of the animals! Great for kids and families!
El Pueblito
Our favorite restaurant! Living in Independence, we would come to El Pubs at least once a week!
Fishing at the reception
Bring your own poles and bait! Fishing is one of Kassidys favorite things to do, so of course we will have fishing during the reception, catch and release bass and blue gill! (We ask everyone to not fish during the ceremony or dinner)
TENT Camping
The party doesn’t have to stop at midnight! Another hobby we enjoy is camping! If you have a tent we’re inviting anyone and everyone to camp out with us after our wedding! Yes the Dj will leave, but the music and good times aren’t! Just give us a shout to let us know if you’re participating so we can get a head count! The more the merrier!
