FAQs

We’re so excited to celebrate with you! Here are a few details to help you plan for the day
Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is formal attire. We encourage guests to dress elegantly while still being comfortable enough to celebrate with us.

Question

What will happen after the ceremony?

Answer

Following the ceremony, guests are invited to enjoy hors d’oeuvres and refreshments on the patio while the reception space is prepared.

Question

Are there any colors guests should avoid?

Answer

To help our wedding party stand out in photos, we kindly ask guests to avoid wearing white, ivory, or cream, as those colors are reserved for the bride. If possible, please also refrain from wearing light baby blue and deep royal blues, which will be worn by our bridesmaids and mothers. Thank you for helping keep our wedding colors special!

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM, so we recommend arriving 15–20 minutes early to allow ample time for parking and seating.

Question

Where should I park?

Answer

Parking will be available across the street at the City of Yuma parking lot. Please allow a few extra minutes to park and walk across the street to the venue.

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy a fun night out with us!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests who are listed on the RSVP page. Thank you for understanding.

Question

Is the venue indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony and reception will take place indoors, with the patio open for additional seating and desserts during the evening.

Question

What if I arrive after the ceremony has started?

Answer

Please plan to arrive 15–20 minutes before our 4:00 PM ceremony to allow time for parking and seating. Once the ceremony begins, the doors will be closed to avoid interruptions, and late guests will be welcomed inside after the ceremony.

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! Guests are welcome to take photos from their seats. We kindly ask that no one step into the aisle or stand during the ceremony, as we have professional photographers capturing those special moments.
