How & when should I RSVP?

Answer

To RSVP, please click the RSVP tab here on our website and type in your name. All invited guests in your party will appear here to mark as "attending" or "declining". We ask that you RSVP by July 1st.

Will there be parking?

Answer

Yes, parking will be available at Van Dickson Ranch.

What if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

If you do not RSVP by July 1, 2026, you will be marked as "not attending". We would love to celebrate with you, however we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVP's.

What if I RSVP'd and can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! Life happens, no worries. Please let the bride or groom know as soon as possible that you will no longer be in attendance.

When should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 in the afternoon. Please arrive by 4:15 to ensure you have plenty of time to park and make your way to the ceremony location.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We're so excited to celebrate this special day surrounded by our closest family and friends. As we're keeping it intimate, only those formally invited on your wedding invitation can be accommodated.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends dressed up with us! We are requesting that all of our guests dress black in semi-formal/cocktail attire. The wedding party will be dressed in red, pink, and green. The ceremony will be held outside in a grassy area. Please take that into consideration when choosing your shoes.

Will there be an open bar?

Yes! The drinks are on us!

Will food be served?

Answer

Yes, there is a set menu of smoked tri tip, chicken, pinto beans, bean salad, potato salad, coleslaw, and rolls. Unfortunately no special requests can be made due to a set menu provided by the venue.
