Question

When is the deadline to RSVP?

Answer

We will be sending out formal invitations a few months prior to the wedding! If you already know you will not be able to attend, please let us know sooner than later so that we can plan accordingly. However, we kindly ask that you RSVP no later than July 1st 2025 :)

What happens if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

Unfortunately, If we do not get an RSVP back by the date in which we have provided, it will be marked as "Not Attending." We will miss celebrating with you, however we have to provide a total guest count to the venue & our vendors in the timely manner that they have given to us and cannot accept later RSVPS due to this. We hope that you can understand!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin punctually at 4:00 PM, So please arrive no later than 3:30 PM. An official timeline will be announced after the formal invitations are sent out!

Can I bring a date/plus one?

Answer

Due to our limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you have received a plus one, it will be addressed on your invitation & RSVP card. Thank you for your understanding!

Can we bring our kid(s)?

Answer

Although we love & adore all of your children, we regretfully cannot accommodate them all due to our limited guest count. Exceptions will be made for children in our immediate families, children of the wedding party, & those traveling out of state. Any child that is formally invited will be listed on your wedding invitation. We sincerely appreciate you making accommodations for childcare & hope you can enjoy a date night with us!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is dressy casual to semi-formal attire. Again, both our ceremony and reception venue is outdoors so please take this into consideration when choosing your footwear.

Will there be on-site parking available?

Answer

Yes, there will be lots of on-site parking available! Our venue's parking lot can accommodate up to 200 vehicles. Please note that the parking lot is shared among the other event spaces located at the venue, and so carpooling is always encouraged for larger events.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! For those traveling in (or locals who would like to do a staycation this weekend!), we have provided the information for the three on-site hotels under the "Travel" tab :)

Please let the bride or groom know of any food allergies as soon as possible so that our caterer is informed well in advanced!
