What if I RSVP'd "Yes" but can no longer make it?

Life happens! We totally understand, you can simply update your RSVP by searching for your name again on the RSVP tab on the website. Or, please email us at mjzeimer@gmail.com

Do you have any hotel blocks or recommendations?

Answer

Yes! Please view our Accommodations page. We have hotel blocks at three hotels near the venue. Be sure to mention you are with the Kassa/Zeimer wedding so you can get the discounted prices!

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Your presence is gift enough and we would be happy to simply have you join us for this special day! Though, if you prefer, we are also comfortable with cash gifts that we could use toward our honeymoon as we know how challenging it can be to travel with extra items. We are also registered on Amazon for those who prefer to gift an item. Thank you!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 3:00 pm. Upon arrival, you will be directed around the building to the gardens. Restrooms will be available but the reception ballroom will be closed. Please allow yourself enough time to sign our guest book, choose your seat, and get comfortable in the gardens to enjoy the ceremony. 2:45 pm arrival should be adequate.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes, there will be ample and free parking in the lot in front of the building

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We hope our wedding will be a fun opportunity for you to wear your favorite cocktail attire for our semi-formal event! And don't forget your dancing shoes! 😉💃🕺

Are there other special attire notes to know about?

Answer

Parts of the event will be outdoors in the gardens so be mindful of heel types, and temperatures tend to dip a bit at night so you might want to bring a jacket or wrap for the cocktail hour, however, a majority of the reception will likely take place inside.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No, however, both ceremony and reception are at the same location and we've blocked off rooms at hotels less than 10 minutes from the venue.

Will there be food and drinks during the cocktail hour?

Answer

Most definitely! We will have hors d'oeuvres and the bar will be open during this time. Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions so we can be mindful as we choose food options for the day.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

We have a really great photographer that will capture the ceremony so we do ask that you refrain from using phones or cameras during the ceremony. We appreciate your understanding in our ask of having an "unplugged" ceremony. Other than the ceremony, we are happy to have you take and share pictures to your social media accounts! Our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #ZeimerAtLast so we can see all the fun and wonderful pictures from our special day!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we would especially love for our wedding to be your night off! We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving children under 12 at home so you can celebrate with us. If you are flying, we understand that this may be a bit more challenging and we encourage you to reach out to us.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

In order to keep our guest list on track we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Please feel free to e-mail us with any questions!
