Flying:  BWI airport in Baltimore and Reagan Airport in D.C. are both 30 miles from the wedding location.  Dulles in 60 miles plus D.C. traffic.  
Hotels:  There are tons of hotels in the Baltimore and D.C. area, but we recommend Annapolis, Maryland as the nearest city to the venue.  It is 15 miles away and has lots of hotels at various prices.  We have not blocked rooms at any specific hotel as all guests have various monetary ranges.
