If calling to book your stay, make sure you ask to be included in the Miller/Lawrence Wedding Block Early check-in not guaranteed prior to 4pm; however we were told to have guests come dressed and early to get the room if possible **Any problems please reach out to Matt/Kassie so we can call the the hotel

Shuttle

A shuttle will run from the hotel to the venue TWICE prior to the start of the ceremony. If you plan to take the shuttle, they will run at 2:00, 3:00 & 4:00pm. If you miss the shuttle, there will be parking available at the venue. At the end of the night, we will have a few shuttles running to get guests back safely to the hotel. If you need to leave your vehicle over night, that is fine as long as it is picked up by 8:00 am the next morning! Shuttle #1 will depart back to the hotel at 9:00 pm Shuttle #2 will depart at 10:00 pm Shuttle #3 (when everyone needs to leave by) will be at 11:00 pm
