FAQs

Question

What is Garden Party Formal Attire?

Answer

Envision an elegant garden-inspired celebration filled with florals and color. Guests are welcome to wear formal attire in any floral tones or colors inspired by a blooming garden. “Funky Formal” is also a great vision of this theme. Pinterest has great suggestions for what this theme entails. Please note: White, ivory, or cream attire is reserved for the bride. We kindly ask guests to choose other colors. A small style request for our gentlemen—please skip black and lean into lighter tones to match the celebration.

Question

Attire for A.M. Partying:

Answer

Later in the evening, the bride and groom will be changing into something more comfortable. Guests are welcome to join in! Think a cozy, coordinated sweatsuit—keeping with the wedding colors would be fun, but it’s absolutely not required.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Your RSVP includes your assigned guests (plus partner and kids if applicable). Please do not invite additional guests. If you believe you should have a plus one and it is not listed, contact Kassandra or Ernesto immediately.

Question

Do I need a passport?

Answer

Yes. For those flying, please travel with a valid passport and government ID to ensure safe entry into both the United States and Mexico.

Question

Currency & Payments

Answer

The local currency is the Peso. It is helpful to bring additional US dollars, and get them converted if necessary.

Question

Photography & Social Media

Answer

During the ceremony, please avoid taking cell phone photos. We have hired a professional photographer, and we want the photos to be perfect-cell phones can interfere. We also ask that you do not post ceremony photos on social media until after the event. During the reception, phones are fine, but we encourage everyone to be present and enjoy the moment!

Question
