When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by February 12th, 2026 - this is so we can give our catering an official head count.

Where should I park?

Answer

Broad St. Christian Church - There are 2 church parking lots on property. Stanly Hall Ballroom - There is no dedicated parking but is located in downtown in a walkable area with free parking. Consider carpooling with others if you're able to.

Where should I stay?

Answer

We don't have formal hotel blocks but have provided a list of hotels within 10 minutes of the venue under the "travel" tab.

Will there be food and drinks?

Answer

Yes! Dinner will be served buffet style with an open bar.
