FAQs

Question

Will there be alcohol, music, and/or dancing at Dennys?

Answer

Unfortunately, no to all three since it's a public restraunt. The reception is meant to be more of a get together than a party.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

You can RSVP up to the 26th of April. We are very open when it comes to RSVPing and we don't require it.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

No we are not expecting any gifts but your hopeful attendance.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

You can arrive as early as you like to walk the gardens but the ceremony won't begin until 3pm.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We honestly just want everyone to be dressed as nicely as possible. Preferably lighter "Spring" colors.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If you would like to bring a plus one please make sure it's okay with us first since only so many people are allowed in the private room at Dennys. You can bring who ever you like to the ceremony though since there will be ample seating.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Of course. We love our tiny tots!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The parking for the ceremony is basically find a spot where you can. Downtown is very busy so try to arrive early to make sure you have time to find a spot. As for the reception you are free to park in the parking around the restraunt.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

You will need to drive yourself, car pool, or use a ride share service to and from the ceremony and reception.

Question

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

All we are planning for is the ceremony followed by the reception.

Question

Can we throw rice/flowers/etc?

Answer

We are going to be providing a basket with bubbles for everyone at the ceremony to use. The venue doesn't allow for fake petals to be used or rice since it can harm the animals nearby.

Question

Since the ceremony is outdoors can I smoke?

Answer

The venue does not allow guests to smoke on the premises.

Question

What can I do if I can't attend the ceremony and/or the reception?

Answer

No hurt feelings we promise. We will be live streaming the events to the Facebook event page for anyone that can't be there.

For all the days along the way
