What should I wear?

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm. Please arrive 15 minutes early.

What do I do if I have a dietary restriction?

Answer

Please indicate on your RSVP if you have any dietary restrictions that we should be aware of (i.e. gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian, etc)

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

All guests that are staying at, or meet at the host hotel prior to the 3:45pm departure time, will be provided transportation to and from Pleasant Valley. We ask that you please indicate on your RSVP if you will be utilizing transportation so that we can plan accordingly.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We ask that guests refrain from cell phone and camera use during the ceremony. We have two photographers and videographers capturing the day. The rest of the night, feel free to take as many pictures and videos as you’d like!

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors, weather permitting. All other events for the evening will take place indoors.

Will there be an after party?

Answer

Yes, there will be an after party at UNO’s in Worcester. This UNO’s is in the same building as the host hotel. Please indicate on the RSVP is you will be attending the after party so we can order the proper amount of food.
