What COVID safety protocol will we need to follow?

Answer

The health and safety of all of our guests is our top priority! In compliance with the NYC mandate, you will need to be vaccinated to attend and will be required to show proof of vaccination. The dress code is Black Tie Optional.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We will be offering a shuttle on Saturday that will run back and forth between The William Vale hotel and the Greenpoint Loft throughout the evening. If you are staying at one of the other hotels, please feel free to walk over to the William Vale to catch the shuttle to the venue. For reference, the venue is a 5-minute ride or 15-minute walk from our recommended hotels.
