We were on vacation with my family in Destin, FL for a few days and Nick kept commenting on how little he has seen the beach. He then kept asking if we could go see the sunrise and the sunset over the beach several days in a row, but something always came up. The morning of July 28th we finally woke up early enough to see the sunrise, so we got to the beach and five minutes later the entire sky fell out. We were running for the hotel soaked, and Nick was so upset, like overly upset and I didn’t know why. During the day we decided to rent a boat and go cruising through the bay, then aim for seeing the sunset later that evening. As soon as we got off the boat we headed straight back to the hotel to change and get ready for dinner, but Nick asked if we could walk the beach for about 15 minutes to see the sunset. We finally get down to the beach and set up the camera so we could take pictures/videos together. I gave him a hug and could hear his heart beating so fast, then all of a sudden he got down and asked me if I would make him the happiest man in the world. I said “Duh!”
