Is it okay to post wedding event photos on social media platforms before, during or after the wedding?
Answer
We are so excited to celebrate this special day with all of you, and we know there will be so many wonderful moments captured! While we absolutely want you to enjoy the day, we’d love for you to keep a few things in mind when it comes to posting photos: Before the Wedding: If you've snapped any pre-wedding moments, for example the grooms dinner, feel free to share the excitement! But we'd love for certain details—like the bride in her dress, the handsome groom, decorations, and special surprises—to remain a mystery until the big day and we have shared our first wedding photo together. Keep checking our social media to see when that happens the day of the wedding. During the Wedding: We want everyone to be present and enjoy the moment. We will be having an unplugged ceremony. We kindly ask that phones stay tucked away so we can all soak in the magic together. Our great photographer will be capturing all of those candid moments. After the Wedding: Once the celebration is in full swing, we’d love to see your photos! Feel free to share your favorite moments on social media, tag us, and relive the joy with us.

Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the hotel?
Answer
While we won’t have a shuttle from the reception to the hotel, don’t worry—we’ve got a couple of options. There are Ubers available in the area and some wonderful, sober friends who would be happy to help. We want everyone to enjoy the celebration to the fullest, so if you need a ride at the end of the night, don’t hesitate to ask!

Will the wedding be indoor or outdoor?
Answer
Our ceremony will be outdoor! We’ll be surrounded by gorgeous scenery but be sure to check the weather and dress accordingly! If it should happen to rain, the ceremony will be moved indoor to the reception hall. The reception will be held inside the Club House.

Are plus-ones and children allowed?
Answer
To keep our celebration intimate, we kindly ask that only those listed on the invitation attend. If you received a plus one or family invitation, it will be noted on our Zola Wedding Website—but if not, we hope you can still join us and enjoy the day with everyone invited! Thank you for understanding.
