Yes, we are so happy to have your little ones join us in celebrating our special day! We kindly ask that if a baby becomes fussy or begins crying during the ceremony, you please step out briefly so we can keep the moment intimate and uninterrupted. We also ask that parents keep a close eye on their children throughout the ceremony and reception to help us maintain a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for everyone. Thank you so much for helping us make this day beautiful and memorable for all.
Rustic Formal We’re so excited to celebrate with you and can’t wait to see everyone dressed up for our big day! Our dress code is Rustic Formal a blend of elevated elegance and countryside charm. What is Rustic Formal? Rustic Formal combines polished, dressy pieces with warm, natural textures and country-inspired touches. Think refined but relaxed elegant without being overly black-tie. It’s formalwear with a Southern twist that fits beautifully with our setting. For the Ladies: Floor-length gowns, midi dresses, or elevated cocktail attire are perfect. Flowy fabrics like satin, chiffon, silk, or lace pair wonderfully with the rustic atmosphere. Since our ceremony will be held outdoors, we highly recommend block heels, wedges, boots, or dressy flats anything that won’t sink into the ground. We want you comfortable and confident all evening! For the Gentlemen: Nice jeans (no holes or distressing), dress pants, or slacks paired with a button-down and/or blazer. Cowboy boots and hats are welcome. Color Request: We kindly ask that guests AVOID wearing brown, white, or tan, as these shades are reserved for the wedding party and overall aesthetic. We can’t wait to see everyone embrace the rustic elegance and celebrate with us in style!
In order to create the atmosphere we envision for our wedding day, this will be an alcohol-free celebration. We’re looking forward to a joyful, family- and friend-centered evening filled with good food, sweet moments, and lots of dancing — no drinks required! A variety of delicious nonalcoholic beverages will be available for everyone to enjoy. Additionally, our venue has strict policies regarding outside alcohol, and bringing any onto the property could result in significant fines. Because of this, we kindly ask that guests do not bring alcohol to the ceremony or reception. Thank you so much for respecting our wishes and helping us create a beautiful and memorable day for everyone. We truly can’t wait to celebrate with you!
Yes, we do! We’re so grateful for your love and support as we begin this new chapter together. For those who have asked, our wedding registry is conveniently available here on our website. Your presence at our wedding truly means the most to us, but if you feel led to give, we are so thankful for your generosity and kindness.
We are keeping our guest list intentional and intimate, so plus-ones are welcome only if the bride or groom has previously met them. While we completely understand wanting to bring a guest, we kindly ask that you do not bring someone we’ve never met. We want to be able to look back at our photos and memories from the day and recognize every smiling face celebrating with us. Due to limited space, we are thoughtfully limiting plus-ones and truly appreciate your understanding. Thank you for helping us keep our day meaningful and personal.
Yes! There will be plenty of parking available at Sweet Promise Farms for both the ceremony and reception. We can’t wait to welcome you and celebrate together from the moment you pull in!
If the weather doesn’t cooperate, don’t worry — we have a plan! In the event of rain, the ceremony will be moved from the outdoor space into the barn.
We will be having an UNPLUGGED CEREMONY, meaning we kindly ask that no photos or videos be taken during the ceremony itself. We have hired professional photographers and a videographer to beautifully capture every moment. To preserve this intimate time not only between Ethan and me, but also with our family and friends we ask that you keep phones and cameras put away so there aren’t any distractions or screens in the background as we say our vows. Once the ceremony concludes, you are more than welcome to bring your phones out and take as many pictures as you’d like during the reception! We can’t wait to see the fun memories you capture as we celebrate together.
