What is the venue like?

Answer

The wedding is on a rooftop, partly sheltered, but largely open-air. The wedding will be located inside if raining.

Do we change locations between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Nope! The ceremony and reception will both take place on the roof of Porta Jersey City.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Dressy casual (sport coat/no tie, summer dress, etc.). It's a rooftop wedding so don't stress!

Are children allowed?

Answer

We're sorry to say that we won't be able to accommodate children under 18 on our wedding day. We plan to have a live tiger at the wedding. But hopefully you can take it as an opportunity to relax and enjoy the day (and open bar).

Will you be reserving hotel rooms in the area?

Will there be a shuttle to and from the hotel and the reception?

Answer

Not necessary! The Hilton Canopy is a 3 minute walk from the venue.
