Rama and Kashi first met when they were roughly the size of large potatoes. Over the past three decades they have experienced much together including early schooling, college, international travel and even throwing their own off-grid woodland music festivals! Rama and Kashi share a passion for music and funky vibes, and love sharing it with anyone who dares lend an ear. There are many, many 5 star memories, but in the recent past Kashi's favorite memories with Rama are traveling together in their campervans from Washington state down to Arizona while it was much too cold to be doing so! Rama is a true friend, very caring, and has a very deep soul. Rama's passions also include making art, composting and recycling.
Clarissa Faner
Maid of Honor
Clarissa & Kristine met through a co-ed business fraternity in college. Their bond blossomed when they were officially paired as ‘Little’ and ‘Big’, respectively. In fact, they were named "BEST BIG & LITTLE, SPRING 2013". Prior to graduating college, they made a pact to move from Southern CA to Seattle together and that they did. They rented a 2 bdrm apartment in lower Queen Anne — with a view of the Space Needle from their front door. They embarked on this exciting adventure in a new city with the challenges of dating, making new friends and finding a new doctor/hairstylist/brow lady. This chapter in their lives was nothing short of tears, laughter and fond memories. There is no one more suited to be Kristine's right-hand woman on the big day than the queen of planning and peer pressure!
Zach Waschevski
Best Man
Zach and Kashi have been partners in crime since the beginning. They first bonded over building with legos, and their shared passion for teasing Kashi's younger brothers. As young adults they enjoyed summer hikes fueled by bluetooth speakers and nalgene bottles filled with wine. They may have even hopped the occasional fence that stood in their path. The electrified ones hurt especially badly. Zach's passion for jumping and froliking has stuck with him, and he brings joy to every adventure. One memory that brings Kashi to tears of laughter involves accidentally engulfing Zach in flames during the legendary Grouse Ridge Quesadilla incident of 2018. Zach loves music of all kinds, even country music. He loves to dance, play board games, and Magic The Gathering. He's also a doctor.
Grace Brabender

Grace & Kristine became instant BFFs at work. It was a blast coming in every day of the 3 months that Kristine was on active duty orders with the Air Force. One of their funny memories is when Kristine thought her nose was broken! They were loading pallets of cargo and Grace’s hand slipped as a piece of dunnage smacked Kristine’s face. Kristine bursted out in uncontrollable laughter and tiny tears from the pain. Luckily her nose was only bruised. Grace has a big heart and is the funniest (without trying to be) person you could imagine. A few facts about Grace- she’s originally from Nevada; has two cats names Maybel and Kiki; she's a lover of all things made of wicker; and she's a plant mom. Grace is transitioning from the military after 4 years of active duty service to civilian life!
Ben Skillman

Ben and Kashi also have a very long history. One of Kashi's first memories is with Ben, taking turns throwing small buckets of water at each other during bath time. What made it memorable was when the bucket accidentally left Kashi's hands and collided with Ben's nose causing quite a bit of bleeding. Chaos ensued. In High School Ben and Kashi enjoyed racing their 1980s economy cars, listening to Tupac on repeat due to the broken car stereo, and playing Halo. Ben is an extremely supportive friend, and there are sure to be plenty of laughs when in his company. He is also shockingly clumsy and has troubles hopping over/around obstacles, which usually ends in disaster. Ben's interests include cars, working out, and closing deals. He was voted most likely to be ID'd at 40.
N'Quia Perkins

N’Quia & Kristine were hired on at the fire department and graduated the six month academy together. They bonded as they spent a lot of time together at work and outside of work, studying and working out! N'Quia is a genuine, hardworking and inspiring woman. A few facts about N’Quia- she’s originally from Southern CA; she’s an avid world traveler; and she’s an aspiring fitness fashion and beauty entrepreneur; her middle name is Unique; and she has an amazing eye for design (in fact, she went to school at the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising!). N’Quia is one of Kristine’s loyal go-to persons to confide in, because she’s a great listener and an amazing friend… not to mention she is the best HYPE woman.
Christian Moorehouse

Christian and Kashi also formed a bond early and would play together often as young children. Whether it was chopping through blackberry bushes with machetes to make forts, or launching slingshots at small critters they always found ways to stay entertained. They were victorious in entire wars together using wooden sticks as swords, and pinecones as grenades. Later in life Christian shared his passion for outdoor sports with Kashi and they spent much time together skiing, riding dirt bikes and much more! Christian possesses the unique gift of storytelling and has the ability to keep you fully engaged and entertained literally forever. Christian enjoys outdoor sports of all kinds, blacksmithing (especially beautiful knives), creating art, and just 'sending it' in general.
Lily & Loki
Flower Girl & Ring Bearer
Kashi and Kristine adopted Lily in December of 2020. She was such an easy pup they thought, "Heck, why not get ANOTHER frenchie?" Loki joined the family a few months later. He sure did live up to his name though, and could often be found wreaking havoc around the house especially as a tiny butter ball of wrinkles and folds. Together Lily and Loki enjoy playing fetch, chasing squeaky balls around the house, and going on walks in the neighborhood. Lily and Loki bring even more love and a sense of home into Kashi and Kristine's house and lives. They also are not lacking in kisses, snores, grunts, and farts, as is the frenchie way.
